This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Aidyngarza's official website aidyngarza.shop, operated by AIDY'S CANDLE BOUTIQUE LLC. We take great care in packaging and shipping your handwoven storage baskets and home organization products to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email if there are any delays in processing your order.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping Options and Rates

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $149. Delivery time: 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $149, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery time: 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee at checkout. Delivery time: 2-3 business days after processing.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date your order is placed.

3. Shipping to Non-Contiguous U.S. Territories

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. However:
  • Additional shipping fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery times may be longer than standard shipping, typically 7-14 business days after processing.
  • Free standard shipping does not apply to orders shipped to these locations.

4. PO Box and APO/FPO Addresses

  • We ship to PO Box addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS) only.
  • We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery times for APO/FPO addresses may vary significantly, typically 10-21 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email will include:

  • The shipping carrier
  • A tracking number and direct link to track your package
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.

6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Inclement weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • U.S. federal holidays or peak shipping periods

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a free replacement or full refund as appropriate.
