This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Aidyngarza (operated by AIDY'S CANDLE BOUTIQUE LLC) through our official website aidyngarza.shop. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every handwoven storage basket and home organization product you receive from us.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all eligible products. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Your return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
This policy applies to all our handwoven products, including water hyacinth baskets with loop handles, lidded rattan organizers, square hanging baskets, and all other items in our collection.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@aidyngarza.shop with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number within 24 business hours
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team
Please note that returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Shipping Policy
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $149 within the contiguous United States
- Standard shipping delivery time: 3-7 business days after order processing
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging and shipping your handwoven baskets. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aidyngarza.shop
- Include clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and the original packaging
- We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs
- We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for the damaged/incorrect item
6. Return Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to improper care
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Orders returned more than 30 days after delivery
